Understanding God's Will for our lives

God always will for our good. When things does not happen our way, when we fail in something we should understand the meaning and message behind that incident. If it is God's will then it would have happened, God will make us understand things which are not according to his will and things which are his will.

He is more than will to help us in our needs and wants, but if we fail to understand the true meaning and message of his Grace we will miss out great opportunity to realize his true love. It is not by any of the worldly things that we will have true satisfaction and realization of his Grace, but by understanding his sacrifice and death on the cross. That one incident that changes our perspective on life itself.

If we were to see one man who obeyed unto the point of death and have never sinned, it is Jesus. So, we have to learn from him the will of Father for our lives.

Hebrews 12:2

New King James Version (NKJV)
looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

It is God's will for to save everyone:
1 Timothy 2:4 NIV
who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

For it is God's will that we should do good: We should never go in search of name and fame, but because of his will we have to do good, that it may even help us to silence the ignorant talk of foolish people.
1 Peter 2:15 NIV
For it is God's will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish people.

Though God is not needed of anything out of our work, we have to work for his will for our life to save our souls from sin.
Acts 17:25 NIV
And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else.

We have to come to him with a broken and contrite heart:
Psalm 51:17 NIV
My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.

It is God's will for our lives to surrender our spirit:
Luke 23:46 NIV
Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit." When he had said this, he breathed his last.

1 Peter 4

New International Version (NIV)

Living for God

Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body is done with sin. As a result, they do not live the rest of their earthly lives for evil human desires, but rather for the will of God. For you have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do—living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing and detestable idolatry. They are surprised that you do not join them in their reckless, wild living, and they heap abuse on you. But they will have to give account to him who is ready to judge the living and the dead. For this is the reason the gospel was preached even to those who are now dead, so that they might be judged according to human standards in regard to the body, but live according to God in regard to the spirit.
The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray. Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. 10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

HAVE A GREAT AND BLESSED DAY AHEAD
