Why Jesus is the only Way to God, Why he Is the Only God

Every person in this planet have wondered what God is to be like and Jesus is the answer for all of the answers. He was predicted (Prophesies fulfilled), there were eye witness accounts (Historical Documents)

No other human being can think, say and act like that of Jesus. He is the man of his words. In fact God created everything in this world by his words. "And God said, ...... And it was so"

He walked the talk - He never said that which he cannot do. He never said anything in doubt.

He lives forever - He is not the God of dead,

Luke 20:38 (NASB) "Now He is not the God of the dead but of the living; for all live to Him.”

He promises and he fulfills -

He cares and concerns -

He died for us -

He has a purpose for us -

He has thought the real meaning of Life, Purpose and Will for our lives.

He has the Characteristics of God, because he is God.

He is Compassionate and Merciful God.

What Ifs

It is not the comforts that we long for gives us success. Most of the time we think, "if only" I had been born there, I have these things, I have good friends, I have good resources. etc I would have been different. But the perspective of the most successful men are not those resources, but its the passion. Most of them were lonely most of the times, but never forgot that God was always with them. Elijah's running from Jezebel is a classic example.

It was the strength of the Lord that defeated the great giants from the people of God. But when we think or feel we are weak and direct the strength for ungodly things we will be destroyed.

Pride killed Saul (OT), disobeying God and disrespecting God's command.

Even in the secular world, we see a lots of examples of people who were successful after repeated failures and struggles, they never questioned as to why they were treated that way or worried about things that they did not have, they never complained or compared with others. It is with the people who God has blessed and anointed they have become more proud and selfish. Saul's example of how he was jealous and angry when he went to kill David after hearing

Three things in Apologists:

1. Sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts.

Apologist first aspect is to sanctify Christ as Lord in hearts. 

Sanctify is to be set apart, to be holy(Col 1:22)

2. Always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account of the hope that is in you.

It is different from sharing the Gospel, where you passionately spread the good news about Christ to the world, but as Apologists - It is being ready, making defense to everyone, who asks to give an account for the hope that is in you.

3. With Gentleness and reverence.

Gentleness is one of the Fruits of Spirit: (Gal 5:23)

Gentleness is also the most important ingredient for the Unity of the Spirit (Eph 4:2)
