Why Truth Matters?

In this world we live with lots of deception and lie. Some of us are aware of the fact that things which are lie, I.e like false promises, people who have lied, people are being deceived on daily basis.

Now, what is Truth and how does it matter if it's a Truth either if I Believe it or not? A simple analogy could be that of gravity, either I believe in it or not it has consequences, as there is nothing which can be done if one believed in it or directl believe in it. For ex: I will have to take a stairs or lift in order to come down from a building, since I believe in gravity I can't fly, on other hand though I don't believe in gravity I still have to follow the rules of the law, I can't fly.

There could be more than one reason as to why God allows these to happen, though many a times people fail and get caught they don't realize that God can't ignore any of these lies as he knows everything and he is omnipresent.

God is concerned about the wheat:

In the parable of the weeds, the Master replied not to pull the weeds out as it may affect the wheat. So, the Master's concern is that he by no means shall harm the wheat. This may have a lot of implications. When we see the weeds around, it's a reflection of God's Grace upon us, there is a day of Judgement when these weeds will be separated and destroyed. So, we have a hope.

Matthew 13:24-43 New International Version (NIV)

The Parable of the Weeds

24 Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field.25 But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away.26 When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.
27 “The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’
28 “‘An enemy did this,’ he replied.
“The servants asked him, ‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’
29 “‘No,’ he answered, ‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’”

God gives another chance:
In this parable of the fig tree, The owner gives one more year for the trees to bare the fruits. In the case of saving Lot from sodom & gomera Abraham pleaded God asking, "Then he said, "May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak just once more. What if only ten can be found there?" He answered, "For the sake of ten, I will not destroy it."

Luke 13:6-9 New International Version (NIV)

Then he told this parable: “A man had a fig tree growing in his vineyard, and he went to look for fruit on it but did not find any. So he said to the man who took care of the vineyard, ‘For three years now I’ve been coming to look for fruit on this fig tree and haven’t found any. Cut it down! Why should it use up the soil?’
“‘Sir,’ the man replied, ‘leave it alone for one more year, and I’ll dig around it and fertilize it. If it bears fruit next year, fine! If not, then cut it down.’”
