The road to damascus

What exactly is the Road to Damascus mean to us when we see the life of Apostle Paul? The exemplified aspect of Grace, his humility, his patience, his encouragement. In total he wrote more than 60% of the New Testament. What let this leader who was persecuting the Christians and was against the faith in the Lord Jesus Christ to change his mind with one event, a 3 day blindness.

I think it bought down his anger, pride and gave a clear understanding of the search he had for the true knowledge and wisdom of God. Though his intention was wrong, God was concerned. This gives us an idea about why Paul wrote more about Grace, no one can experience the Grace of God so much as like Paul as he writes letter after letter to the Churches about the Grace of God. It is not the cheap Grace today we see around in every corner. Grace offered with all intentions, but forgetting the very aspect of Grace itself. Grace - which the unmerited favor, those who have not got it will be envied and confused. Cain's unacceptable offerings,

Genesis 4:4-8New American Standard Bible (NASB)

4 Abel, on his part also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of their fat portions. And the Lord had regard for Abel and for his offering; 5 but for Cain and for his offering He had no regard. So Cain became very angry and his countenance fell. 6 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? 7 If you do well, [a]will not your countenance be lifted up? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door; and its desire is for you, but you must master it.” 8 Cain [b]told Abel his brother. And it came about when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him.

Matthew 25:24-28 (ESV)

24 He also who had received the one talent came forward, saying, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you scattered no seed, 25 so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here, you have what is yours.’ 26 But his master answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed? 27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest. 28 So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents.
