Increase Our Faith

5 The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!” 6 And the Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.

I wonder why the Apostles said this to Jesus, just after he spoke about forgiveness... May be we need a lots of faith to forgive... forgive more... 7x70=490 times (I mean not literally), but to forgive as much as possible.

He just did not say it, he mean it. I mean he did that when they were in the midst of the storm, he just spoke works over it, he commanded the wind and sea to calm down... He looked at the fig tree and said you will never bear fruit. The next day the disciples saw that the tree was withered out (plugged out from the earth).... I still remember what someone said some years ago. That little faith like a grain of mustard seed... Is a complete surrender to Christ - A complete faith, as like the mustard seed which is round in shape and which is a complete seed.
