Joy in the midst of suffering, the Bible is full of people who were Joyful even though they were in pain & suffering.
We haven't explored life so much with the gifts that we have and most often like Israelites complain God about the pain & suffering.
Joseph in pit, Daniel in Lion's den, David in wilderness, Apostle Paul in Prison exhibited great faith, but also exhibited another important aspect in life and that is endurance or long suffering.
Matthew 24:13 KJV
13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
What worrying does:
It brings down your energy level, it stops God's Blessing for your life. Often every Godly suffering is a blessing in disguise. If Joseph was just worrying and wondering about the pit or the prison saying the pit is this dimensions and the prison is for a misjudgment etc he wouldn't have come out of with the pit or prison to be the second only powerfully person. But, he was joyful in God, he was able to endure the sufferings.
The best of all examples is our lord and savior Jesus Christ's. Hebrew 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
